Marketing strategy consultant: one plan, then I run it
Most marketing plans fail in the handover: a strategist writes the deck, someone else runs the channels, and nobody owns the result. I write your marketing strategy and plan, then run it myself, so the person accountable for results is the one doing the work.
The plan covers who you sell to, why they should choose you, which channels to use, how much to spend on each and how results will be measured.
What I do
- Market, competitor and customer research
- Positioning and messaging
- Marketing plans with budgets by channel and by month
- Launch plans for new products, apps and markets
- KPIs and a measurement plan agreed before any spend
- Hands-on execution across paid media, social, SEO, email and web
- Briefing and managing freelancers or agencies where needed
- Monthly reporting to founders and leadership
A good fit if
- You are a founder doing marketing yourself
- You spend across several channels without one plan tying them together
- You are entering the US, Gulf or European market

Marketing strategy and planning FAQ
What does a marketing strategy consultant do?
A marketing strategy consultant researches your market, customers and competitors, decides how you should position yourself and which channels to use, sets budgets and targets, and builds the plan. I also run the plan, rather than handing it to someone else.
What should a marketing plan include?
Goals and targets, target customers, positioning and key messages, the channel mix, a budget by channel and month, a content and campaign calendar, the KPIs for each channel, and how and when results are reviewed.
How do I set a marketing budget?
Work backwards from your revenue goal. Estimate how many customers you need, what you can afford to pay to acquire each one given your margin and repeat purchases, and multiply. Then split the budget across channels, test, and move money toward what pays back. The ROAS calculator helps with the maths.
