Cloud setup for marketing teams: email, DNS and hosting done right

I set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, domains, DNS, hosting and email authentication for marketing teams. Marketing breaks quietly when the plumbing is wrong: emails land in spam, a DNS change takes the site down, or nobody knows who owns the domain. I set up and maintain the cloud basics your marketing depends on.

That covers business email, domains and DNS, hosting, and the email authentication that inbox providers now expect from anyone sending at volume.

What I do

  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 setup and migration
  • Domain and DNS management, including safe changes that leave email records intact
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup and monitoring
  • Website hosting on Netlify, Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Cloud, AWS or Azure
  • SSL, CDN and security headers
  • Access and ownership clean-up for domains, ad accounts and analytics

A good fit if

  • Your emails or newsletters land in spam
  • You are not sure who controls your domain or DNS
  • You are moving hosts or email providers

Cloud solutions FAQ

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

They are DNS records that prove your emails really come from you. SPF lists the servers allowed to send for your domain, DKIM signs each message, and DMARC tells inbox providers what to do with mail that fails those checks. Gmail and Yahoo require them for bulk senders.

Can you move my website without breaking email?

Yes. When changing DNS I only touch the website records and leave the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for your email exactly as they are.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Both work well. Google Workspace suits teams that live in the browser; Microsoft 365 suits teams that rely on desktop Office apps. I set up whichever fits your team.
