Who is responsible
This website is run by Aoun Zia, trading as AZ Marketing & Web Design (“I”, “me”). Contact: hello@aounzia.com.
What I collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company website, budget range, the services you are interested in, your message, and the page you sent it from.
- Email and WhatsApp: whatever you send me directly.
- Technical data: the hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The ROAS calculator runs in your browser and does not send your numbers anywhere.
Why I use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your audit and quote, and keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is your request and my legitimate interest in responding to it. I do not sell your data or add you to marketing lists without your consent.
Who processes it
- Netlify hosts the website and receives contact form submissions.
- Google Workspace provides my email.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards.
How long I keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, then deleted. If we work together, project records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required for accounting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how it is used. Email hello@aounzia.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will change. If analytics or advertising tools are added to the site, this policy will be updated first.
